1. What ClothHub Is

ClothHub shows clothing from many fashion brands in one place, so you can browse, compare and save what you like. ClothHub doesn’t sell anything: when you choose to buy, “Shop on brand” takes you to the brand’s own website, and the purchase is between you and the brand, on the brand’s terms.

2. Using ClothHub

You agree to:

• Use ClothHub only for lawful, personal purposes
• Not interfere with ClothHub’s operation or security, or try to access it in ways we don’t offer
• Not copy or collect ClothHub’s content or data in bulk, by automated means or otherwise
• Give accurate information if you create an account or contact us

3. Products, Prices and Availability

Product details, prices and stock come from the brands and can change at any time on their websites. We work to keep them accurate, but we don’t guarantee that what ClothHub shows is current or correct. The brand’s website is the final word on price, availability, delivery and returns.

4. Accounts

You can browse ClothHub without an account. Some features, like saving products, need one (in versions of the app that offer sign-in). If you create an account, you agree to:

• Keep your sign-in details confidential
• Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account
• Take responsibility for activity under your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile, then Delete account). Our Privacy Policy explains what that removes.

5. Emails

If you join our email list, we’ll send you news about ClothHub, such as its launch and new features. You can unsubscribe at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

ClothHub is provided “as is”. We aren’t a party to your purchases from brands and aren’t responsible for their products, prices, deliveries, refunds or websites. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of ClothHub.

7. Intellectual Property

The ClothHub name, logo, app and website design belong to ClothHub. Brand names, logos and product photos belong to their respective owners and are shown to help you find their products. You may not reuse any of this content without the owner’s permission.

8. Ending Access

We may suspend or close an account, or limit access to ClothHub, if we reasonably believe these terms are being broken or ClothHub is being used unlawfully. You can stop using ClothHub, and delete your account, at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as ClothHub changes. We’ll post the new version here with a new effective date, and tell you in the app or by email if a change is significant. Continuing to use ClothHub after that means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from your use of ClothHub will be resolved by the courts of Pakistan.
