Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

When you browse without an account:

• Nothing that identifies you is stored. To show you products, the app asks our servers for them, and like any website our servers see your device’s IP address while answering. We use it only to deliver the request and to stop abuse (for example, limiting how many requests one address can make), and it may appear in short-lived server logs kept for security and troubleshooting.

If you create an account (in versions of the app that offer sign-in):

• With email and password: your name, your email address, and your password, which we store only in a scrambled (hashed) form that can’t be turned back into the password.
• With Sign in with Apple: the name and email address Apple shares with us (this can be a private relay address if you choose to hide your email), and an identifier and tokens Apple provides so we can recognise you and, if you delete your account, tell Apple to disconnect it.
• With Google: your name, email address, profile photo link, and an identifier Google provides.
• To keep you signed in: a session record with the IP address and device type it was created from, kept for security. A session lasts up to 60 days, or until you sign out.
• Your saves: the products you save with the heart, and when you saved them, so they appear on all your devices.

If you join our email list on clothhub.digital:

• Your email address, which form you used to join, and the date. We don’t store your IP address with it.

On your device:

• The app keeps your sign-in in your phone’s secure storage (the iOS Keychain or Android Keystore), a copy of recently viewed products so it opens quickly, and small settings such as whether you’ve seen the swipe guide.
• The website remembers in your browser whether you joined the email list or closed the invitation, so it doesn’t ask again. It sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

We do not collect your phone number, location, contacts, photos, or payment details. ClothHub has no checkout: purchases happen on the brands’ own websites.

2. How We Use It

• To run ClothHub: show products, keep you signed in, and keep your saves in sync.
• To email you about ClothHub’s launch, new features and news, only if you joined the email list. Every email will let you unsubscribe.
• To keep the service secure and working, and to prevent abuse.
• To reply when you contact us.

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or track you across other companies’ apps and websites.

3. Who We Share It With

• Apple and Google, when you choose to sign in with them. Their own privacy policies apply to what you share with them.
• Fashion brands’ websites and image servers. Product photos load directly from the brands’ servers, which see your IP address as any website would. When you tap “Shop on brand”, the brand’s website opens and its own privacy policy applies there.
• Service providers that host our servers and database for us, under obligations to protect the data.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.
• A company that merges with or acquires ClothHub, which would have to honour this policy.

4. How Long We Keep It

• Account information and saves: until you delete your account.
• Sessions: until they expire (60 days at most) or you sign out.
• Email list: until you unsubscribe. We keep the address marked as unsubscribed so we never email it again; to remove it entirely, email us.
• Server logs: a short time, for security and troubleshooting.

5. Deleting Your Account and Your Choices

• Delete your account in the app: Profile, then Delete account. This immediately deletes your account, your sign-in methods, your sessions and your saves. If you signed in with Apple, we also ask Apple to disconnect ClothHub from your Apple ID.
• Leave the email list with the unsubscribe link in any of our emails, or by emailing us.
• Ask to see, correct or delete any information we hold about you by emailing info@clothhub.digital. We’ll reply within 30 days.

6. Security

Everything between the app, the website and our servers is sent encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored only in hashed form, and your sign-in is kept in your phone’s secure storage. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you if a breach affects it.

7. Children

ClothHub is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, email info@clothhub.digital and we’ll delete it.

8. Where Your Information Is Stored

Our servers, and those of the providers who host them, may be located outside Pakistan. Wherever it is stored, your information is protected as this policy describes.

9. Changes to This Policy

When ClothHub starts collecting or using information in a new way, we update this policy and its effective date. If a change is significant, we’ll let you know in the app or by email before it takes effect.
