Delete Your ClothHub Account
Effective date: October 21, 2026
You can delete your ClothHub account at any time, from the app or by emailing us. Deleting it removes your account and everything tied to it. Browsing ClothHub never needs an account, so you can keep using the app afterwards without one.
1. Delete It in the App
- Open ClothHub and sign in.
- Go to Profile, then tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.
2. Delete It Without the App
If you no longer have the app, email info@clothhub.digital from the address on your account (or tell us the Apple or Google account you signed in with) and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm once it’s done, within 30 days.
3. What Gets Deleted
- Your account: name, email address and profile picture.
- Your sign-in methods (Google, Apple) and every active session.
- Your saved products.
- If you signed in with Apple, we also ask Apple to disconnect ClothHub from your Apple ID.
4. What We Keep
- Nothing tied to your account is kept after deletion.
- Short-lived server logs (which can include IP addresses) are kept for a short time for security and troubleshooting, then removed.
- If you also joined our email list, that is separate from your account. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email info@clothhub.digital to remove your address entirely.
